I paid for a membership. Why do I still see grayed-out items?

Your computer is not authorized. Click "Login/Authorize" and enter your membership administrator email and password to access all membership content. It is essential that your computer browser preferences are set to save cookies. This allows your computer to stay authorized. You may reauthorize your computer as often as necessary.

In school network environments where students have discrete profiles or the profiles and/or devices are purged regularly, your computers will deauthorize regularly. We strongly recommend that you request our alternate authorization method. This service is not available to Home, Teacher, or Classroom members.
