I have registered my Access Code, but now I can't authorize my computer.

An Access Code is used one time to register an account. As part of the registration process an administrator email address and password was chosen. From that moment on, that email address and password should be used to authorize computers or devices associated with your account.

To find the administrator email address for your account, re-enter your Access Code. The email address used to establish the account will appear as pictured below. If you require additional assistance, please contact us.
