Why won't my School Membership stay authorized?

Authorization relies on information from Starfall stored within your browser on your computer, called "cookies." If the cookies are deleted, so too is the authorization. To ensure Starfall cookies are saved, please check the security settings on your browser, and verify they are not set to clear cookies.

School Members can request an alternate authorization method. Enlist your IT professional or network engineer to complete the Alternate Authorization Request Form.
