An Access Code is used one time to register a Starfall account. As part of the registration process, an administrator email address and a password were chosen. From that moment on, the chosen email address and password should be used to sign in to your Starfall account.
To find the administrator email address for your account, visit the Sign In page and re-enter your Access Code. The email address used to establish your account will appear above the Access Code field. If you would like assistance, please contact us.
