I paid for a membership. Why do I still see grayed-out items?

If you are unable to access all Starfall activities, it is likely that you are not signed in to your membership on the browser or app that you are using. Click "Sign In" and enter your membership administrator email and password to access all membership content.

When accessing Starfall through a web browser, it is essential that your browser preferences are set to save cookies. This allows you to remain signed in to Starfall between sessions.

In school network environments where students have discrete profiles or the profiles and/or devices are purged regularly, you may be required to sign in often. If this causes difficulty, we strongly recommend that you request our alternate authorization method. Please note that this service is intended for school-wide accounts and is not available to Home, Teacher, or Classroom members.
