School network environments where children log in to their own profiles (or if browser cookies are purged regularly) may require an alternate authorization mechanism. This mechanism is an HTML file or a URL that can be placed on the school's shared network or individual computers and bookmarked within the browser. Clicking on the file or the URL will bypass the sign in requirement at your location.
School members in the U.S. and Canada can request an alternate authorization method. Enlist your IT professional or network engineer to complete the Alternate Authorization Request Form.
