My app will not play/load.

First, try powering down your device and then turning it back on per your device manufacturer's instructions.

If rebooting doesn't fix the problem, try deleting the app and then downloading it again from the App Store. (You will not be charged a second time.) This will clear any errors that may have occurred during your initial installation.
