Parents: Our school sent us a Group ID. How do I sign in?

If you have received a Group ID and password from your school or teacher, you can use it to sign in to the Starfall website and the Starfall app. 

• Go to www.starfall.com (or open the app).
• Click "Sign In."
• Enter your Group ID and password into the Email and Password fields.

Note: If you are signed in to an existing membership, you will need to sign out via the Account Settings page before using a school-issued Group ID.
