Why can't I purchase a subscription?

If you are receiving an error message when attempting to purchase a subscription, we first recommend checking the parental controls on your device to ensure purchases are enabled.

Starfall App subscriptions are managed through Google Play or the Apple App Store. If you need help subscribing or modifying your subscription, please contact the support team at the appropriate store for your device.
